let's get cookin'!

we just drove out to the house and our appliances are in! how cool is that? all of the baseboards are painted. the bathtubs, showers and floors are all cleaned out. our grass is supposed to go in next week. the only other things i can see that need to be done are the carpet (uh...bit one), touch up paint, garage door opener and the fixing of a few minor details.
